·         Statement that it his last and final will

·         Statement that he is in sound state of mind

·         Full description of the property bequeathed

·         Identity of beneficiary [Full Name, Father’s Name, Residential Address, and Age]

·         Exclusion of all or any legal heir

·         Signature of Testator or some other person signing in Testator’s presence and by his direction.
